  As a nonprofit teaching hospital, Children’s Mercy relies on philanthropic support to care for 1 in 3 kids in the region, with more than 14,300 admissions, nearly 6,000 medical transports and more than 19,400 surgical cases each year. 

  Make a Difference May will support Illuminate, a bold plan to light the path forward for the youth mental health crisis – expanding access to mental health care for our community.

• SCI-FUN CAMPS AT THE MAP
  Museum at Prairiefire | March 8 - August 9
  SciFun Camps are fun, educational and engaging drop-off, single or multiple day long camps featuring science-oriented experiments and activities designed for elementary age students.
  
  Museum at Prairiefire Educators design curricula for the camps with the intention that children will participate and learn concepts as well as enjoy the activities. During the school year camps run from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm on select Blue Valley School District out-of-school days. Sign Up Here.

  Join us for a live classical music concert over brunch on Sunday, May 12 from 1 – 2 PM outside of Pinstripes, The Brass Onion and CocoBolos!

  Impassioned by their love for music, pianists Nick Luby and Susan Zhang converted a 16-foot box truck into a fully functioning mobile concert hall, complete with lights, sound system, and piano. Since then, The Concert Truck has presented concerts across the country in city streets, music and arts festivals, schools, neighborhoods, parks.
